Members are listed in the online CHS directory. Use of non-adjudicated events data does not require Events Committee coauthorship.
Main study endpoints adjudicated through June 2015 by the Events Committee:
- Myocardial Infarction (MI)
- Angina Pectoris
- Congestive Heart Failure
- Claudication
- Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA)

- Death (adjudication continues through the present)

- ICD-9 procedure and diagnostic codes for all hospitalizations
- Health care cost data (permission required)
